By accessing or using Little Loot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Little Loot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
To transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Little Loot, a Little Loot employee, or another user.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Little Loot — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions — is the property of Little Loot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Loot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
